FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, including gas turbine construction, namely to test equipment, in particular, to stands for semi-actual simulation of tests of units and systems, and can be used in resource tests with simulation of operating modes of loading of set of units and assemblies of gas turbine engine. Test bench comprises housing of gas turbine engine with installed on it boxes of engine and aircraft units with drive units and arranged on gas turbine engine housing with idle units. At that, pipelines and electric cables connecting units into systems and their fixation on gas turbine engine housing are identical to pipelines and electric cables and their fixing on gas turbine engine, systems and units are connected to bench systems providing working fluids and electric power and hydraulic and electric loading systems. Boxes of propulsion and aircraft units are communicated with oil system and kinematically via central bevel gear are connected with rotation drive in form of electric motor installed and fixed inside housing, gas turbine engine, note here that central conical gear, idle and drive units, gearboxes with units on boxes and oil system are standard or process (bench) identical to standard one. Gas turbine engine units and systems are tested, and at least one unit is tested and standard.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of reproduction of real flows in communications and aggregates of GTE systems and reproduction of real load cycles of GDT assemblies during tests.
