FIELD: testing equipment; simulation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to semi-real-estate simulation test bench installations with a closed fuel system for testing automatic control systems, in particular a gas turbine engine (GTE), and can be used to simulate processes of filling or emptying fuel collectors during testing of fuel regulating equipment. In the fuel collector simulator in the known test bench for testing jet fuel metering aggregates, comprising an equivalent-jet with throughput capacity equivalent to the throughput capacity of the fuel manifold nozzles, arranged in the fuel discharge line from the fuel system unit in the fuel drain line, by the proposal, tank is installed, volume, equivalent to volume of fuel collector, connected to atmosphere fuel drain line by two pipelines from upper and lower parts, in each of which there is a jet, with throughput capacity equivalent to half the throughput capacity of nozzles of fuel manifold, wherein pipeline from lower part of vessel is connected to fuel drain line in section below bottom of container, and the pipeline from the upper part of the tank is connected to the fuel drain line in the section above the highest point of the container.
EFFECT: application of fuel collectors simulators allows simulating processes of filling and emptying of fuel collectors at test benches of semi-real-time simulation of ACS GTE tests.
