SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to modification of heat-resistant alloys based on refractory elements of nickel, chrome, molybdenum, cobalt, tungsten with ultrafine powder complexes of refractory compounds. Modifier contains, wt%: ultrafine powder of titanium carbonitride 2.0–7.0, titanium powder 15.0–20.0, nickel powder 10.0–15.0, chrome powder 5.0–6.0, molybdenum powder 5.0–6.0, tungsten powder 5.0–6.0, cobalt powder 5.0–6.0, aluminum powder 12.0–15.0, magnesium powder 8.0–12.0, manganese powder 4.0–5.0 and iron powder 2.0–5.0. Particle size of the ultrafine powder of the titanium carbonitride is 0.01–0.10 mcm, the particle size of the titanium powder is 0.10–0.50 mcm, and particle size of powders of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten and cobalt is 50–100 mcm, and particle size of aluminum, magnesium, manganese and iron does not exceed 40–60 mcm.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain alloy ZhS6-K with fine-grain uniform structure and stable high physical and mechanical properties.
