FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: modifier contains, wt %: ultrafine powder of titanium carbonitride 1-5, titanium powders 18-22, chromium 2-4, molybdenum 8-10, magnesium 10-15, tungsten 8-10, niobium 8-10, aluminium 10 -15, nickel 8-10, manganese 2-5 and iron 5-10. The particle size of the ultradisperse powder of titanium carbonitride is 0.01-0.10 mcm, the particle size of the titanium powder is 0.01-0.50 mcm, the particle size of the powders of chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, niobium, aluminium and magnesium is 10-60 mcm, and the particle size of the powders of nickel and manganese does not exceed 30-40 mcm.

EFFECT: obtaining alloy with fine-grained even structure and stable high physical properties.
