SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of transporting a rod-shaped article of tobacco industry between a feeding device and a receiving device, wherein the rod-shaped article is transported in the length direction between the feeding device and the receiving device, in which the rod-like article supplied from the feeder is imparted to the input speed by the input unit and inserted into the conveying channel, rod-like article is imparted speed of transportation by means of transporting unit, rod-shaped item is transported by means of transporting unit to output unit, rod-shaped product is attached output speed by means of output unit and the rod-shaped article is supplied to the receiving device, wherein during transportation of the rod-shaped article in the transporting channel, the speed of the rod-shaped article is reduced relative to the input speed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in complete synchronization of rods transportation.
