SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pharmacy and medicine. Disclosed are: a composition for intravenous administration in the form of a single dose for providing pain relief and/or inflammation, comprising a) 125 mg to 175 mg of ibuprofen in combination with 475 mg to 525 mg of paracetamol; or b) from 275 mg to 325 mg of ibuprofen in combination with 975 mg to 1025 mg of paracetamol, and a method of relieving pain involving administering it.
EFFECT: technical result: synergic action of composition with increasing number of patients responding to treatment at preset time; additional advantage is reduced risk of undesirable by-effects of ibuprofen.
