SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to a compound of the formula (I), where R includes NH2, N(CH3)2, NHCH3, N(CH2CH3)2, NH(CH2)2C6H5, NHCH2C6H5, NHCH2CH2CH2CH3, NHCH2C6H4OCH3, NHCH2C6H3Cl2, NHCH2C6H4CH3, NHCH2C6H4Cl, NHCH2C6H4NO2, NH-cyclopentyl, NHCH2CH(CH3)2, NHCH(CH3)2, NHCH2CH2C6H3(OH)2, NHCH2CH2-pyrrolidinyl, N(CH3)CH2CH2OH, NHCH2CH(OH)CH2NH2; or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The invention also relates to a compound of the formula (II), values of radicals are specified in the claims, to a method for relief or prevention of visceral and nociceptive pain.
EFFECT: effective pain relief by a derivative of the general formula (I) and (II).
