FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: what is offered is a method for producing a granulated composition involving a number of granules of hardened melt which contain a non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) selected from arylpropionic acids and arylacetic acid and paracetamol; and the method involves the stages: (a) production of a melt mixture by mixing the melt NSAID in the form of free acid and paracetamol, optionally in the presence of one or more excipients; and (b) formation of the hardened melt of the melt mixture of granules. There are also offered the granulated composition produced by the declared method for pain and/or inflammation treatment, and/or a fever and a related pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: declared granulated composition allows creating tablets of sufficient degree of hardness (bearing strength 6,9-7,1 kP) at solubility 89 % of ibuprofen and paracetamol 10 minutes later.
