FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to regulation of nicotine sharpness, inhaled by an individual. Method comprises following steps: determination of nicotine concentration in a composition containing nicotine particles for an individual required to achieve the desired sharpness level by inhalation, where a certain concentration of nicotine in the composition is selected so that to be from 0.7 wt% up to 5 wt%, determining a first dose and a second nicotine dose to be inhaled by the subject, wherein the second dose is lower than the first dose, providing a subject with a first dose containing a first amount of a composition having a defined nicotine concentration and providing a subject with a second dose containing a second amount of the composition having a certain nicotine concentration, wherein the first and second doses sharpness are controlled by maintaining the same nicotine concentration in the first and second doses. Invention also relates to a method of delivering a range of variable nicotine doses to a patient while maintaining a constant level of sharpness when inhaling each dose. Invention relates to a method of delivering a range of reduced nicotine doses to a patient with simultaneous increase in the level of sharpness by inhalation of each dose. Invention also relates to a kit for controlling the sharpness of an inhaled nicotine.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables specific provision of composition for assisting in smoking cessation, as well as enables special adaptation and introduction of the nicotine composition to the subject so as to more strongly simulate the sharpness experienced by the subject during smoking.
