FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Disclosed is a method for preventive treatment of grains, produced in an anolyte medium obtained at a STEL-type apparatus, followed by washing and drying grains to moisture content of not more than 14 %. Grain is drilled with ultrasound of low frequency 24–26 kHz with ultrasound intensity of not more than 1 W/cm2 in anolyte ANK medium.
EFFECT: method provides reduced content of mold fungi in grain, prevents development of mycotoxins in it, reduces contamination with mineral impurities and insect pests.
