FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fat and oil industry. Method of production of vegetable oils includes cleaning seeds from mechanical impurities, washing seeds, conditioning the humidity and size of seeds, pressing without peeling the husks. Seeds are washed in an ultrasonic bath with a frequency of 20–35 kHz with an ultrasound intensity of 0.5–1 W/cm2, after pressing, settling and double oil filtration using a centrifugal and ultrasonic filtration plant with a frequency of 18 kHz and an ultrasound intensity of 0.5–1 W/cm2 is carried out.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to cleanse the surface of seeds from mineral impurities and destroy bacteria and fungi found on the fruit shell, and also to accelerate the passage of oil through the sorbent layer.
