FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises wetting of grain, binning of wet grain and its subsequent processing with the microwave field. Additionally, grain blowing with hot air is used, which temperature does not exceed 55°C. At that, the microwave field is switched on periodically to heat the grain to the maximum peak temperature. After that, the microwave field is switched off, and the grain is cooled with blowing air through it to the temperature of the heated air. At that the process is continued cyclically for a predetermined time, providing the required level of grain disinfection.

EFFECT: method enables to extend the duration of exposure of the field of ultrahigh frequency to grain and to increase the effect of its disinfection.
