FIELD: personal protection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons and equipment, to development of protective equipment and can be used for production of armor plates for personnel of special forces. Method of armored panel (1) manufacturing from polymer composite materials, at which forming a package of impregnated with elastic synthetic binder ballistic layers (3) of, for example, aramid fabric, a screen of glued (4) identical binder mainly square ceramic tiles and facing layers (5), for this purpose, 40–75 ballistic layers (3) are placed in mold (6), pressed with hardening and removed from the mold. Sacrificial web impregnated with same binder is placed in similar form, on which screen (9) of tiles (10) of area (11) of vital organs protection is glued (4) with thickness of 1.8 to 2.3 of the main striking element from side of 5.8 to 6.4 of thickness of tiles (10) and peripheral zones (16, 17) of plates (18) with thickness of 19 from 1.2 to 1.4 of the main striking element with side from 6.3 to 6.7 of thickness of tile (18). After solidification of adhesive joint (4), the sacrificial web is removed and the remains of the binder are removed. Ballistic layers (3) and shield (9) are fixed by means of two-layer membrane (21). Besides, armor plate (1) made according to the specified method is declared.

EFFECT: development and manufacturing of armored shield, higher reliability and survivability.
