FIELD: plastic processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing an object obtained by wrapping. Technical result is achieved by a method of producing an object obtained by wrapping, comprising a first segment, which is a tubular segment, and a second segment, which is an end segment, connected to each other by a bent transition segment, having a common tangent to the first segment and a common tangent to the second segment, which is an angular joint. Method includes a step of providing a mandrel with a surface structure defining a part of the shape of the first segment, a shape of the second segment and a shape of a transition segment located between them. As well as a wrapping stage - winding on a mandrel of one or more elongated elements, such as threads and/or tape, and connection of one or more elongated elements with itself and/or with each other to produce a first segment, a second segment and a transition segment in the form of continuous structure. At that mandrel is equipped with reinforcement element at transitional segment location. At that, the reinforcement element passes along the part of the tubular section determining the rim passing around the axis, determining the shape of the transition segment, and is configured to support one or more elongated elements forming the transition segment, opposing the forces directed inwards, in the bending segment bending direction, in the process of wrapping and/or connecting the elongated elements to form a transient segment.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of manufacturing object, as well as high strength and stability.
