FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to packers. Universal packer includes hollow cylindrical housing for arrangement of working units of packer, bushing-holder installed on hollow cylindrical housing is movable, at that hollow cylindrical casing outer surface for interaction with pin features shaped groove composed of closed loop with short transport slot and lengthwise locating groove interconnected by intermediate slots. On the hollow cylindrical body there is additionally made a seating ring ledge equipped with longitudinal grooves for circulation of liquid, and figured L-shaped slot consisting of slot of short transport and slot of long installation, interconnected by slot intermediate. Figured L-shaped groove is located diametrically opposite figured slot in form of closed loop. Beginning of both long mounting grooves is located at one height relative to the lower end of the hollow cylindrical housing. Movable bushing-holder is made with hole for installation of pin-lock. Working units of packer are an adapter, a bypass valve, a hydraulic anchor, a seal assembly and a mechanical anchor. Hydraulic anchor is installed on mounting annular ledge of hollow cylindrical housing with possibility of its replacement to adapter, housing of which is identical to housing of hydraulic anchor, and connected by one end to the bypass valve body, connected to the adapter, and by the other end – to the sealing assembly, connected to the mechanical anchor. Bypass valve is replaceable by a plug, the housing of which is identical to that of the bypass valve body. Housing of mechanical anchor and movable bushing-holder are provided with slots forming, at alignment, groove for possibility of locking pin installation. To ensure the possibility of installation of packer by turning of pipe string pin-lock of mechanical anchor is located in figured L-shaped groove, and pin-stopper is in groove formed at alignment of grooves of mechanical anchor case and movable bushing-holder.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities by bundling the packer with nodes immediately before installation.
