SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to alcohol industry. Reflected particle containing at least one gel mesh structure of at least one gel-forming polysaccharide in amount of 0.5 % to 3 %, 0.5 % to 25 % of at least one caviar based food product; from 0.015 % to 1 % of at least one agent for reinforcing a gel-like structure of a gel-forming polysaccharide resistant to alcohol, from 70 % to 98 % of water, preferably purified water, to 3 % of at least one food surfactant. Also disclosed is a method of producing such a particle, its use in alcoholic beverages and a reservoir containing such particles or beverage.

EFFECT: invention provides ideal imitation of caviar particles texture, taste and appearance.
