FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: before homogenization and sprayed drying a mixture is prepared. Mixture consists of the milled food base (particle size is 0.5 mm, not above) and polysaccharide derivatives that are dissolved preliminary in nonfat dairy product at the following ratio of components, wt.-% by dry matter: polysaccharide derivatives, 0.3-15.0; nonfat dairy product, 11.5-60.0; and food base, the balance. Carboxymethylcellulose sodium and/or carboxymethylstarch sodium, and/or alginate sodium or their mixture are used as polysaccharide derivatives. Nonfat milk and/or nonfat milk whey, and/or nonfat buttermilk or their mixture, and/or nonfat dry milk that is dissolved preliminary in an aqueous phase are used as a nonfat dairy product. Both milled plant raw and highly milled or homogenized products of animal origin and/or dying substances, and/or aromatic agents, and/or taste substances are used as a food base.
