FIELD: non-destructive inspection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to active non-destructive thermal control equipment and can be used in earth remote sensing equipment. According to the disclosed method, an earth’s surface is surveyed in the infrared range, values of the radiation temperature of the analyzed surface are measured, spatial distribution of values of thermal conductivity, thermal conductivity, thermal inertia and heat-absorption coefficient is determined. Additionally, the earth’s surface is surveyed in the visible range, the obtained images of the visible and infrared ranges are averaged, and the emissivity coefficient of the earth's surface is determined. Measured values of radiation temperatures are recalculated into thermodynamic values, the background is identified on the visible and infrared images, and the structure of the earth's surface is determined. Taking into account the obtained results, boundary conditions are refined when calculating spatial distribution of values of thermal conductivity, thermal conductivity, thermal inertia and heat absorption factor of the earth's surface.
EFFECT: high accuracy of estimating values of thermophysical parameters by determining the structure of the earth's surface and refining in accordance with this boundary conditions of conjugation of layered media, as well as determining the emissivity of the earth's surface with technogenic objects located on it during remote monitoring.
