SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system or a method for moulding an oral care appliance, as well as to an appliance for oral care cavity moulded with application thereof. Oral care device comprises a main structure having a handle and a head. Method includes the first mould, in which its cavity is formed, having the first part corresponding to the handle, and the second part corresponding to the head. In the process of manufacture, the first material is injected into the first cavity of the first mould through the first injection hole by means of the first hot-runner system and injecting the second material into the first cavity of the first mould through the second injection hole by means of the second hot runner system. Second material is injected into the first material to mould the main structure. Second material forms a core, and the first material forms the shell of the basic structure which surrounds the core. Then, first and second materials are cooled in first mould cavity; arrangement of the main structure in the cavity of the second mould and injection of the third material.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by using a group of inventions is to simplify the method and system for moulding parts by injection moulding, for example appliances for oral care.
