FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in power engineering, construction and other industries, where it is necessary to control inclination and vibration at low values of parameters and low frequencies of vibration displacement. Inclination and vibration sensor includes a body and pendulum arranged inside it in the form of a rod with a load at the end, which is suspended inside the body by the other end by means of a hinge with two angular degrees of freedom, as well as a damping device and displacement transducers. Movable parts of the displacement transducers are connected to the pendulum, the hinge is made of a washer having at each end one of diametrically opposite cross-section and perpendicularly opposed to the groove, an annular limiter installed along the perimeter of the washer, and installed in grooves of knives, upper of which is connected to pendulum rod, and lower is to frame fixed on housing. Inductive displacement transducers are mounted on the frame and oriented along the axis of the pendulum, and their moving parts are located in the plane of the tops of the grooves and are installed on transverse levers attached to the pendulum rod.
EFFECT: high resolution when controlling low inclination and vibration displacement with low acceleration (10-5–10-4 m/s2) in an arbitrary horizontal direction.
