FIELD: vibration parameters metering. SUBSTANCE: geophone has case assembly and inertia mass assembly. Case assembly has case proper, alignment cylinder, ferromagnetic cylinder, supporting ribs, and cover with thrust rib. Inertia mass assembly has base, former with coil, inertia mass, damping disks, V-shaped member, rod, taut strut. The latter functions as hinge for horizontal pendulum formed by mass, member, and rod. Former is inserted in cylinder and locked in position by means of ferromagnetic cylinder. Base is located on case ribs and pressed on top by cover rib. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
