FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to robot program control systems. Intelligent modular reconfigurable robot control device is a set of interconnected unified modules. Each of the modules includes a programmable logic integrated circuit (PLIC), on the basis of which a slave device of the Ethernet POWERLINK network is installed, a switch of the Ethernet POWERLINK network with a unit for measuring interpacket intervals, a unit for processing sensors and controllers of the executive level. At the same time to the said PLIC are connected a unit for matching physical levels of sensors and actuators, a power supply unit, as well as from 3 to 5 Ethernet physical layer interfaces, one of which is connected to an intelligent control module based on a single-board embedded computer, and others are used to combine said modules to each other.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of control in case of failure of one master intelligent control module, which is part of device.
