FIELD: education.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to teaching equipment, particularly to methodological means of developing figurative thinking, and can be used for sound or phonetic speech analysis. Method of teaching phonetic words analysis, characterized by that associative images are assigned to the letters of the used alphabet and letters and their associative images are related, characterized by that in the input unit the operating mode is set – "training" or "checking", number of checked words and class of special characters of letters, after which for "verification" mode control unit transmits words and words to word generating unit and counter, and in the associative letters images classes storage unit, the operation mode identifiers and the associative letters patterns used class, then the words generation unit randomly selects from the vocabulary storage unit the required number of words and sequentially transmits them to the user interface, a letter selection unit and a word length calculation unit, after which each word is displayed on the user interface, wherein the word length calculating unit transmits the number of letters to the counter value, which transmits clock pulses to the letter selection unit, wherein the letter selection unit successively transmits the letters of the word to the letter replacement unit by associative images, which performs replacement of letters depending on selected class of associative characters of letters and transmits an associative image of letter to comparator of associative letters images, in which associative images from input unit also come for comparison, which are also displayed on the user interface, the comparison results from the comparison unit are transmitted to the comparison results accumulation unit, which, according to the control signal from the counter corresponding to the last letter of the outermost word, transmits the comparison results to the user interface, wherein the control signal from the counter corresponding to the last letter of the next word is transmitted to the input of the word generation unit, which outputs the next word.

EFFECT: high efficiency of training sound-letter speech analysis.
