FIELD: storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage of compressed gases. High-pressure bottle contains a power shell from a composite material, an internal composite polymeric liner consisting of two half-liners attached at ends, and metal embedded elements in the bottoms. End parts of half-liners are made with thickenings relative to external surfaces by value not less than t=(α1-α2)⋅D/2⋅ΔT, where α1 and α2 – respectively coefficients of thermal expansion of material of liner and composite material of power shell, D – outer diameter of liner in place of thickening, ΔT is temperature difference in bottle operating conditions. Mating surfaces of thickenings with walls of half-liners are conical with taper angles of 15–30°. On thinning walls of half-liners annular reels of composite material with thickness of not more than t=(α1-α2)⋅D/2⋅ΔT.
EFFECT: higher reliability of the bottle.
