SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science, particularly to an agent for treating mastitis in cows. Agent contains Dimexidum, xanthum gum, chelate zinc compound, essential vanilla oil and solvent – deionized water, with the following ratio of components, wt%: Dimexidum – 2–5; chelate zinc compound – 8–9; vanilla essential oil – 0.2–0.4; Vaseline – 5–15; xanthan gum – 1–3; denunciated water – balance.
EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness ensured by intensified anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and fungicidal actions.
