FIELD: building, particularly noise-protective structures used to protect staff against high-powered air blowers arranged inside production rooms.
SUBSTANCE: box-like noise-protective structure comprises upper and side soundproofing walls formed of profiled metal sheets to which sound-absorbing coating is applied. Each metal sheet has profile including concavities and convexities of trapezoid shape. Distance between adjacent convexity bases is 110-130 mm, convexity wall inclination angle is 25-30°, profile height is 80-120 mm, lesser thickness of sound-absorbing coating defined by proximate and inner structure volumes at trapeze base is 70-80 mm. Noise-protective structure may be installed on foundation so that soundproofing walls thereof surround air blower. Means to supply air into noise-protective structure is formed as service air duct connected with technological air duct and communicating with inner noise-protective structure space. Service air duct and technological air duct diameter ratio is (8...10):1, axes thereof in connection areas intersect at 30-40° angle. Means to discharge air from the structure is formed as ventilation channel installed on upper end of noise-protective structure and provided with inlet and outlet orifices. Ventilation channel length L is equal to noise-protective structure width, ventilation channel width and height is (0.08-0.1)L. Partitions spaced apart a distance equal to 0.05-0.1L are connected to opposite ventilation channel sides in staggered order and face each other. The partitions are inclined towards air flow direction. Partition height is equal to ventilation channel height, length thereof is 0.5-0.6 of transversal box dimension. Partitions and inner ventilation channel surface are also provided with sound-absorbing coating.
EFFECT: reduced noise in 1-3 kHz frequency range, improved heat and air exchange inside the structure, increased structure mobility.
