FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to sprouting, preservation and preparation line for sprouted grains feeding. Production line comprises a conveyor unit for germination of grain, a hopper for a feedstuff and a loader. Proposed device is designed to flatten sprouted grains to ensure removal of sprouted grains from surface of rolls. Said surface is smooth and cleaned surface of rollers is provided with scrapers. To provide mechanical contact of wipers with rollers and necessary force of pressing there are springs. Continuous mixer is provided for adding the preserving agent into sprouted grains. For spraying of preserving agent in mixer of continuous action nozzles are provided. Nozzles are installed vertically at equal distances from each other along three horizontal circles, nozzles of middle horizontal circle are shifted by 15° relative to nozzles of upper horizontal circle, nozzles of lower horizontal circle are shifted by 15° relative to nozzles of middle horizontal circle. Screw press is configured to load sprouted flattened and pressurized grain into sleeve.

EFFECT: process line ensures continuous germination of grain due to application of conveyor plant for sprouting of grain and ensures long-term storage of sprouted grains due to uniform distribution of preserving agent, as well as ensures reduction of total power consumption of the process of preparation for storage and feeding of sprouted grains.
