SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flow control valve for fluid medium. Fluid flow control valve comprises a valve body, an inlet port, an outlet port and an intermediate chamber placed between said inlet port and said outlet port. Valve comprises means for controlling static flow rate of fluid medium, accessible from outside the valve body and configured to vary the size of the hole of the channel located between the inlet port and the outlet port of the valve. Device for dynamic balancing of flow rate, made with possibility of control of flow rate of fluid flowing from said outlet port as function of change of pressure drop between specified inlet port and specified outlet port. Device for dynamic balancing of the flow rate contains a perforated element placed between the inlet port and the intermediate chamber in order to allow passage of the fluid medium only through one hole of the perforated element. Elastic element is located on one surface of the perforated element facing towards the inlet port, such that increase in pressure drop between said inlet port and said outlet port corresponds to expansion of resilient element along surface of perforated element to close surface of one hole depending on increase in pressure drop.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of valve for fluid flow control, which is easy to manufacture and easy to maintain.
