Disclosed is a recombinant nucleic acid molecule for producing alanine in a recombinant E. coli microorganism, having a sequence, selected from a nucleic acid molecule group comprising a sequence of SEQ ID NO: 45 or molecules of nucleic acid coding polypeptide, which is at least 80 % identical to polypeptide with SEQ ID NO: 46, wherein the gene codon, denoted in the first group corresponding to position 286–288 in SEQ ID NO: 45, codes amino acid glutamic acid, or amino acid of proteins encoded by genes, designated in the second group, corresponding to position 96 in SEQ ID NO: 46 is glutamic acid.
