FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: expression vector comprising a promoter sequence and a nucleic acid sequence encoding a protein comprising a signal peptide with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2, 4 or 6 and an additional amino acid sequence of the protease enzyme, the N-terminus of the signal peptide being located in the protein encoded by said nucleic acid sequence. Disclosed is a host cell, which is not human-related and is a bacterium for the preparation of a protease enzyme comprising said expression vector. Disclosed is a method for the preparation of a protease enzyme using said host cell.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to improve protease secretion from a host cell, thereby increasing protease yield during fermentation.
