FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents recombinant metabolic C1 microorganism comprising a first exogenous nucleic acid and a second exogenous nucleic acid, wherein said first nucleic acid is selected from a group consisting of an exogenous nucleic acid encoding a L-amino acid biosynthesis enzyme capable of producing the desired L-amino acid, and an exogenous nucleic acid coding a control expression sequence operably linked to a nucleic acid coding a native L-amino acid biosynthesis enzyme, capable of producing said required L-amino acid, wherein said second nucleic acid encodes a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence with length of at least about 10 amino acid residues, wherein at least 10 % of total amount of amino acid residues accounts for said required L-amino acid, and characterized by that recombinant metabolising C1 microorganism is able to convert carbon raw material obtained from natural gas into said required L-amino acid having the value δ13C less than - 30 ‰.
EFFECT: present description relates to recombinant microorganisms genetically modified to enhance production of the required amino acid.
