FIELD: filters.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vacuum disc filters intended for separation of liquid and particles suspended therein and can be used in ore dressing processes. Sector element comprises a plate and a drain connector, connected to each other by mutually complementing contact surfaces. Drain connector comprises interconnected element and insert element connected to each other. Attachment element has an overhead contact surface made in the form of a flat surface. Plug-in element has a male contact surface and an open surface. In plug-in element there is through hole, longitudinal axis of which passes parallel to contact surface. First section of the through hole with its open end opens through the enclosed contact surface. Second section of the through hole with its open end opens through the open surface. On the entire length of the first section, the first cross-section dimension of the first portion is greater than the first cross-sectional dimension of the second portion. At that, the first cross-section dimension of each section is defined in the direction parallel to the applied contact surface.
EFFECT: increased flow section at connection point of drain connector and plate ensuring compactness of sector element in axial direction of disk filter.
