FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and pharmaceutical industry. More specifically, an infusion solution for intravenous administration and use thereof as a plasma-substituting solution are disclosed. Said infusion solution has osmolarity of 266–298 mmol/l and comprises: 5.5–6.5 g/l of sodium fumarate; 4.5–4.8 g/l of sodium chloride; 0.075–0.125 g/l of magnesium chloride (anhydrous); 0.55–0.65 g/l potassium asparaginate; water for injection (up to 1 l).
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a balanced ionic composition for infusions having cardiotonic, antihypoxic and antioxidant action.
