Abstract RU 2744331 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to the pharmaceutical industry. Disclosed is an isotonic infusion solution for perioperative fluid therapy. The solution contains ions of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chlorine, acetate, malate, glucose and water with a ratio of the malate ion to glucose of 1/11 and a ratio of the malate ion to the potassium ion of 1/0.76 - 1/0.42. The components are taken at a certain concentration. The osmolarity of the solution without glucose is 290.6-323.2 mmol/L.

EFFECT: above solution is used to prevent hypo- and hypernatremia, to maintain the level of carbohydrate metabolism at a sufficient level, to provide protection against possible hypoxia. The solution is characterized by high stability. It has an antihypoxic effect and is effective when used for perioperative replacement of blood, electrolyte and fluid losses with partial coverage of a patient's need for carbohydrates. The invention ensures stabilization of carbohydrate metabolism in the perioperative period.
