LYOPHILISED ANTIBACTERIAL PROTEIN COMPOSITIONS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61K9/19 A61K47/10 A61K47/18 A61K47/26 A61P31/04

Abstract RU 2708393 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and aims at treating staphylococcus infections. Lyophilized composition for treating staphylococcus infections contains a mixture of antibacterial proteins capable of cell destruction specific for at least one or all of the following: Staphylococcus arlettae, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus auricularis, Staphylococcus carnosus, Staphylococcus carprae, Staphylococcus chromogenes, Staphylococcus cohnii, Staphylococcus delphini, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus equorum, Staphylococcus gallinarum, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus hominis, Staphylococcus intermedius, Staphylococcus kloosii, Staphylococcus lentus, Staphylococcus lugdunensis, Staphylococcus muscae, Staphylococcus pasteuri, Staphylococcus saprophyticus, Staphylococcus warneri and Staphylococcus xylosus, and also contains poloxamer, sugar and amino acid. Said mixture consists of a first antibacterial protein consisting of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, and a second antibacterial protein consisting of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2. In another embodiment, an antibacterial composition for treating staphylococcus infections, comprising said mixture of antibacterial proteins, poloxamer, sugar, amino acid and water, where concentration of antibacterial proteins ranges from approximately 0.1 mg/ml to approximately 30 mg/ml. Also provided is a method of producing a lyophilised composition for treating staphylococcus infections.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions enables higher stability of the composition for a corresponding period of time and enables administering it by injection, which increases the effectiveness of treating staphylococcal infections.
