FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbomachine building and can be used as supports of high-speed rotors of machines and units loaded with radial loads in air conditioning systems of aircraft cabins, as well as turbo-supercharging systems in modern automotive industry. Petal mechatronic gas-dynamic bearing includes housing, in slot of which there inserted is thin petal, circular corrugated element and piezoelectric elements. Packaging piezoelectric elements are inserted into the longitudinal slots of the housing to change the shape of the support surface of the bearing by acting on the circular corrugated element in the radial direction, which enable to take data on the position of the shaft and deformations of the support surface, as well as to vary rigidity of the support surface.
EFFECT: improved dynamic characteristics of high-speed rotor, increased reliability and energy efficiency of bearing assembly, as well as resource of operation at multiple start-ups and stops.
