FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from composite materials (CM), namely, shells of revolution for power structures. Method of making parts from composite materials includes making a strip of strips of carbon cloth impregnated with binder, sewing overlapping ends of fabric strips between each other, and band winding with interference on rigid shaping mandrel with action of temperature on belt surface in local area before application on mandrel. During winding on mandrel before passage of each section of band with overlapped ends of strips of fabric through local zone of temperature action temperature action on belt surface is interrupted, after passage of said section of tape through local zone of temperature action temperature action on belt surface is resumed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining the required homogeneous and monolithic structure of material of shells of revolution without local non-continuity and distortions of layers of material, high quality of manufacturing of CM parts for power structures due to improved structure of material and higher strength of structures.
