FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to exercise therapy, physical rehabilitation, and is intended for prevention, correction and recovery of motion volume, as well as for elimination of functional units. That is ensured by performing inertial gymnastics in which the actions of the specialist are replaced by the patient's independent motions in the structures of the locomotor system in the form of repeated three physical exercises: "Elastic band", "Rocker" and "Propeller". Exercise "Elastic band" represents rhythmic inertia tensions on anatomical axes in one direction, until sensation of loss of spring resistance caused by natural restriction of movement of any part of body, with natural – by inertia, return to initial position and elimination of functional blocks by means of repeated inertial rhythmical motions. Exercise "Rocker", which is an exercise "Elastic band", in which joint movement is carried out in opposite sides. Exercise "Propeller", which is an exercise "Elastic band", in which joint movement is performed in a circle.
EFFECT: method enables complete therapeutic exercises based on articulation techniques in osteopathy and manual therapy.
