SUBSTANCE: method involves extending forward lumbar region of spine until sensation of muscles and ligaments intention appears; keeping lumbar region of spine in said state throughout the entire time of doing exercises; providing arm muscles intention by bending hands at right angle in tense state; doing additional exercises for shoulder joints including moving arms in tense state behind back and doing set of non-abrupt pushes directed backward; providing rotational motions in the region of shoulder girdle; providing leg muscles intention by straining hip muscles and gastrocnemius muscles; providing additional exercises for leg joints by rocking body to-and-fro and to the sides while standing on strained legs and transferring body's weight from one leg to the other, from heels to toes and vice verse; also walking initially on straight strained legs without bending knees; extending leg forward and to the side behind supporting leg, alternatively on outer and inner sides of feet, on strained legs, with bent knees, alternatively on heels, on toes, on outer and inner sides of feet; providing rotational motions of talocrural articulation, knee joints and hip joint.

EFFECT: increased elasticity of ligaments and provision for relaxation of spasmodic muscles.
