FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used to provide access to oculomotor muscles in strabismus surgery. Conjunctiva sections are made in the form of limb and parallel to limb in 1 mm from it in projection of attachment points of direct oculomotor muscles in meridians from two to five hours for access to internal rectus muscle and from seven to ten hours for access to external rectus muscle. Additional incision is performed radially relative to the limb center from the end of the limbal incision approximating to the upper eyelid.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced traumatism accompanying access to horizontal oculomotor muscles, reduced rehabilitation time in the postoperative period.
