FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant comprises a fan blade, a rotating device which is kinetically connected to the fan blade to rotate together with the fan blade, a locking ring configured to encircle the rotating device, and power generating device with shaft of power drive, kinetically connected to rotating device. By means of kinetic auxiliary device formed by rotating device and locking ring, wind-driven power plant can support generation of electricity for a certain period of time even at low wind speed or during short-term absence of wind due to smooth rotation of the shaft of the power drive due to moment of inertia.
EFFECT: disclosed is a wind-driven power plant mounted on a vehicle.
