FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: rubber composition contains closed cells after vulcanisation and contains (A) at least one rubber component selected from natural rubber and synthetic diene-based rubber, (B) 10-150 pts.wt silicon dioxide per 100 pts.wt rubber component, (C) 0.02-20 pts.wt organic fibre per 100 pts.wt rubber component and (D) a silane coupling agent of formula in amount of 1-30 wt % with respect to the mass of silicon dioxide from component (B) and 1-10 pts.wt foaming agent per 100 pts.wt rubber component. Component (C) contains organic fibre which does not contain fine particles, and (F) organic fibre which contains (E) fine particles.
EFFECT: composition has excellent processability and enables to obtain a tyre which demonstrates excellent operational characteristics in terms of braking and moving on road surfaces covered in ice and snow.
