Method involves slow addition of trinitrotoluene to a suspension of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in ethanol in the presence of a surfactant E472c with addition of fluorobenzene.

EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of the process of nanocapsules production and increase of mass output.
