FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to crystalline salt of nintedanib diethanesulfonate of A-type represented by formula (II), and also relates to a crystalline composition and a pharmaceutical composition containing a crystal, and to a method for production and use thereof. X-ray powder diffractometry spectrum of the crystalline nintedanib salt of diethanesulfonate of the present invention is characterized by diffraction peaks at approximately 14.64, 18.79, 19.31, 20.11, 21.20, 22.45 and 26.71°, if presented in values 2θ.
EFFECT: crystalline nintedanib diethanesulfonate salt of the present invention is characterized by resistance, is non-hygroscopic and difficult to decompose, and is most suitable for medical production.
