SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a crystal of compound (2R,3S,5R) - 5-(5-methanesulfonylisoindoline-2-yl) - 2-(2,5-difluorophenyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-3-amine, represented by the formula (I). The invention also relates to the phosphate of the compound of formula (I), with a molar ratio of the compound of formula (I) to orthophosphoric acid equal to 1:1, to the fumarate of the compound of formula (I), with a molar ratio of the compound of formula (I) to fumaric acid equal to 1:0.5, as well as to the phosphate and fumarate crystals of the compound of formula (I).

EFFECT: compounds of the invention are intended as a long acting DPP-IV inhibitor.
