FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a copolymer of polyoxalate. Copolymer includes an acid-forming link derived from oxalic acid and a diol-forming link derived from a diol component, wherein the diol-forming link is a combination of ethylene glycol and the other diol, and has a temperature difference between 5 % weight loss temperature, measured by TG-DTA, and its melting point in range of 55 to 80 °C. 90–98 mol. % of diol-forming link is ethylene glycol. Copolymer has a fusion heat value (ΔH) of less than 60 J/g.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a copolymer of polyoxalate, which can be perfectly processed.
