FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil industry, in particular, to devices for preventer pressing round at well and / or at bench well of production service base. Bench for preventer pressing round on well includes support pipe passing through preventer housing, lower and upper rubber cuffs with washer between them, support and clamping plates, hollow rod installed in supporting pipe. On the support pipe there is an external cylindrical recess, in which a bottom plate is installed from below upwards, made from below under the cone, tapering from top to bottom, and from above the support plate is made for the return cone narrowing from bottom to top, the lower rubber cuff, the washer, the upper rubber cuff and the clamping plate. Inner diameter of lower rubber cuff is larger than inner diameter of upper rubber cuff. In transport position, reverse cone of support plate interacts with bottom rubber collar, and upper ends of support and clamping plates interact with outer cylindrical sampling faces. B Supporting pipe opposite to clamping plate is made with vertical through slot in which pin is installed. Pin is rigidly fixed on one side in the clamping plate, and on the other side in the hollow stock with the possibility of limited movement within the vertical through slot in the working position. From below the hollow rod is equipped with a seating seat for a shutoff element thrown into the pipe. Support and clamping plates are equipped with tapered chamfers for rubber cuffs preventing leakage of rubber cuffs for support and clamping plates at their sealing on the well. Support tube below support plate is equipped with mechanical anchor with guide pin arranged in shaped groove made on external surface of support pipe in form of interconnected horizontal and vertical grooves. Mechanical anchor has possibility of radial and axial movement within shaped slot. Upper end of the support pipe and annular space of the well are hydraulically connected to the pump.
EFFECT: bench for preventer pressing round at the well ensures higher reliability of the device operation, reduces labor intensity of work on pressing round of preventer at the well, reduces prime cost of preventer pressing round, increases tightness of rubber collars at their sealing in well.
