FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil industry, in particular, to devices for preventer crimping at well and/or at bench well of production service base. Bench for blowout preventer crimping at the well includes the support pipe passing through the preventer housing, the hollow stock installed in the support pipe and the rubber collar located on the support pipe. External surface of the support pipe is equipped with a closed shaped groove, and above – stepped ring recess, consisting of the lower and upper stages. Shaped groove consists of lengthwise short and long sections. Note here that opposite collet on outer surface of support tube accommodates spring-loaded collet with guide pin arranged in shaped groove. Longitudinal long and long sections of shaped groove are interconnected by closed shaped section so that at axial reciprocating movement of collet relative to support pipe guide pin will be located in longitudinal slot of shaped slot – transport position, in which collet interacts with lower step by external stepped ring recess of support pipe, in longitudinal long section of shaped slot – working position, in which collet interacts with upper step of external stepped ring recess of support pipe. Lower part of the rubber collar, made in the form of a hollow cylinder, is rigidly fixed on the lower part of the support pipe; at that, the upper part of the rubber collar is put on the mandrel rigidly fixed on the support pipe. Above the mandrel, but below the shaped slot, the support pipe is equipped with a row of radial holes, and opposite the mandrel is equipped with through longitudinal slots, in which movable pins are installed, which on one side are connected to the mandrel, and on the other side are connected to the hollow rod, which is equipped with a check valve from above and from the bottom is spring-loaded from the support pipe, wherein in transport position hollow rod tightly covers a row of radial holes of support pipe, at that, from below hollow rod hydraulically communicates space above and below support pipe, wherein in the working position the hollow rod has the possibility of axial restricted movement downwards within the longitudinal support slots of the support pipe until opening of the row of radial holes of the support pipe. Support pipe below rubber collar is equipped with spring centralizer, and outer diameter d1 of spring centralizer is larger than outer diameter d2 of rubber collar in transport position. Upper end of the support pipe is hydraulically connected to the pump.

EFFECT: test bench for preventer crimping at the well allows improving device operation reliability; reduced cost of maintenance when carrying out work on preventer crimping; excluding damage to environment during operation of device; longer service life of the device; simplified design of device.
