FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to civil engineering structures such as fortified bulk structures, for example, bulk, dam, weir, retaining wall, reservoir wall, coastal bridge and so forth. Forming insert, configured to be inserted into the mold for making a concrete facing unit intended for a reinforced bulk structure, wherein said reinforced bulk structure comprises a lining formed by such lining blocks, and a bulk, in which there are reinforcement elements connected to lining. Forming insert comprises a casing limiting the total volume of connection connecting the reinforcement element to the facing unit, wherein said total volume is open and extends towards the support plane P, shell core made by casting separately from jacket. Casing has the first lateral side with the first hole made in it, in which the first end section of the core shell is put. Core shell has common truncated cone shape.
EFFECT: technical result consists in optimization of molding inserts, their manufacture, their laying in a mold for making blocks with simultaneous preservation of good mechanical strength properties for connection between facing units and reinforcing bars in the embankment and, therefore, to ensure the integrity of the erected structure.
