FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair of main pressure pipelines in a trench. Method of repair consists in determination of defective section, its opening, cutting and replacement. Prior to defective section cutting, its critical stress-strain state is determined, geological conditions of bedding in the trench and geometric deviations from the axis are evaluated, on the basis of which the "shot" danger is stated. If present, defective section is fixed with fixing devices. Each fixing device consists of four or more screw anchors intended for reliable fixation of structure in soil, two or more hinged supports on power cylinders, having the possibility of height adjustment, included in a single frame of a power station, two or more half-grips, having a locking device, and mechanisms for horizontal and vertical adjustment of pipeline ends. After defect section cutting, alignment is performed with the help of centring devices. Mounting and dismantling, as well as transportation of fixing devices to the place of performance of works is carried out using manipulators located on vehicle of movement - on chassis.
EFFECT: technical result is faster repair, reduced material costs and reduced injury.
